Every once in a while I go and get some myself face and head massage. It is rejuvenating and I feel nice and energetic after that. I usually do it on Sundays and really feel good about it. I frequently look forward to it. Indulging ourselves heals the body and the mind alike. Relaxation is an important component in anybody's life,
